Julian D. Felch

Julian possesses 15 years of experience in asset management and business operations, with extensive experience across multifamily, office, industrial and retail asset classes of all sizes. Julian has also successfully re-positioned numerous business platforms and teams, including alternative asset providers and real estate owners/operators through detailed assessments of personnel, organizational structure, internal processes, risk management, and complex analysis of financial performance and operational metrics.

He earned a B.A. from Bates College and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
